The over enrolling thing hasn’t changed the waitlist acceptance as much as people think.I got into Tech engineering and funnily enough it might have been my poor stats that saved me. I had a 2.9 UW and a 34 ACT which means I prolly wont get anywhere prestigious so they admitted me expecting that I'll likely attend. As for the waitlist I heard they overadmitted and ended up even having people stay at nearby holiday inns..
